NOTICE

The Scheme of Conversion of leasehold land tenure in Delhi into freehold has now been extended to all built up commercial, industrial, mixed land use properties including DDA’s built up shops and commercial flats. The brochure containing details of the scheme and application forms can be obtained on payment of Rs.100/- from the following sales countries :-

i) Sales Counter No.11-A, D-Block, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi.

ii) Office of the Chief Engineer (Dwarka), DDA Project Office Complex, Mangla Puri, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110 045.

iii) Office of the Chief Engineer (Rohini), DDA Office Complex, Deepali Chowk, Rohini, Delh.

iv) Office of the Executive Engineer, DDA Office Bldg., Vikas Minar, New Delhi.

v) A.O. (CAU), DDA Office complex (East Zone), Seed Bed Park, Shakarpur, Delhi – 110002

vi) A.O. (ACU), DDA Office Complex (North Zone), Near Railway Crossing, Ashok Vihar Phase-I, B-Block, Delhi – 110052

The application forms duly complete in all respects along with prescribed conversion and other charges may be deposited at the Vikas Sadan, (DDA Head Office), Near INA Market branches of either the Central Bank of India or the State Bank of India.
