Sub: Proposal for a meeting in mid-August about school education in and around Vasant Kunj

Dear Madam / Sir,

In our letter under reference we had proposed a meeting in mid-August to discuss Delhi Master Plan possibilities for common school system in Vasant Kunj. We do appreciate schools have busy schedules, but we understand there is a further court order requiring authorities to file a report by early September. There has also been demolition of a school in the area on 27.07.04 and several parents have been experiencing difficulties / hesitation in approaching schools. As such, we are keen to have the proposed meeting with all schools here and would be very grateful if you would let us know by next week whether or not you will be able to participate.
